I am very pleased with the core structure of the Kidstrong program. This program has helped my grandson develop self confidence, achieve maturity and understanding teamwork, while enjoying the “obstacle course” activities. The coaches were very effective and encouraging in building athletic abilities both individually and through competitive team activities.

I can see an improvement in my son’s self esteem and he is extremely excited for his class every week.

Coaches are focused on helping each student learn and improve during the class! They give individual extra coaching when students need clarification on new routines. Excellent experience for kids!

My son, Connor, could not stop talking about how much fun he had after his trial class. I thought the class content was excellent. I anticipate this being very beneficial to his self-confidence.

Evan has learned so much discipline from Coach D. Coach D is caring, straightforward, and consistent. I have a hard time taking on the role that Coach D does for Evan. Parents (me) want to soften when kids do not follow instructions or get upset but Coach D provides such appropriate leadership and boundaries that are hard for me to replicate as a mom. I saw a huge turn in Evan about the 8th class and ever since then he has been great in class and I have absolutely noticed improvement in Evan at home. Evan looks forward to Kidstrong and is proud to wear his jersey outside of class so he can tell others about it. Coach Laura has also become a constant in the 4:30 class on Tuesdays. She is so great at stepping in to provide assistance, especially with helping kids follow directions and do the exercises correctly. The benefits of KidStrong are easy to see and I would encourage anyone to give it a try.

Couldn’t ask for a better group of mentors, coaches with the patience and grace they have shown toward students while also coaching the kids on the level of where they are in learning!
