My child is very competitive, but needs to learn how to not be so hard on herself if she doesn’t win. She loves parkour, but needs a little more grit, mental and physical strength, endurance, and self confidence when it comes to physical activities. As a Competitive Bikini Bodybuilder, KidStrong provided what I was looking for to help build my child’s resilience and relationships with others. We attended the 1-day free trial and instantly after doing so I saw a big difference in her. She greatly enjoyed her time there and was so excited she didn’t want to leave and wanted to attend the next class after us, so of course she wasn’t going to allow us to leave there without signing up for membership. The coach was awesome - he was enthusiastic, encouraging, and supportive - the staff was welcoming and informative, and the facility was nice and clean. My only negative is the rate is quite expensive, especially, with it being monthly.
