My son simply enjoyed himself. He loved the exercise, play, and learning combination.

The coaches were super friendly, engaging, and patient with the children. Booking classes was easy, and the staff was very responsive to all of my questions, providing quick answers whenever I called. Overall, a great experience. I am happy we signed up.

My son is thriving in the class! He enjoys the different challenges every week and has grown so much because of you all!

My daughter and son not only loved the class, but want to add another day out of the week to go as well. I will be driving 2 hours and 10 minutes round trip to go to these classes because my kids liked them so much. My son got emotional at the end of his first class because he didnt finish a set of workouts and the coach made him feel better and helped him continue the workout. My daughter was the only one for her class and the 2 coaches didnt let that deter them from doing a great class for her. I love the affirmations. My daughter taught her bestie that lives next door the affirmation sayings already lol the place was clean, I saw the class next door cleaning everything and then prepping for the next class. This will be huge for my son in his confidence and in working out. There is more but I feel this is enough already. Great all over. Absolutely will be back for once a week for now and when my schedule slows down after the holidays, I will be adding another day to our schedule so they can come twice a week each. Kidstrong Virginia beach program meets my overall expectations. I really appreciate that it gives kids a chance to have fun while learning valuable skills and building strength in a positive way. Coaches proactivity and passion are clearly visible through the way they interact with and motivate all the kids to participate actively. I also love the small recognition ceremony at the end — it helps the kids feel valued, seen, and proud of their accomplishments.

I feel this is a great program for young children to help them get out of their shell.Ezra had a ruff 1st class but I believe he will be just fine as time allows.Thank you.

They are fun But more importantly caring coaches and staff. I was very impressed how they remembered each child's name immediately and personalized each child with conversation. That is so important. Children like to please and they are looking for that recognition from their coaches. Great job Coach D and all of the coaches. Unfortunately I am not as quick with names but Im learning. lol. Kastiel is so excited he wanted to come every day 😅🤣😁
