KidStrong has helped our daughter’s confidence and strength grow tremendously. The coaches are patient, thorough, and truly dedicated. Each one is motivating and supportive to every child, creating an environment where kids thrive. We absolutely love KidStrong and look forward to continuing for many years to come—our next little one will definitely be part of the KidStrong family too! The staff always go above and beyond, remembering our child’s name and celebrating her progress since day one. KidStrong feels like family to us, and we couldn’t be more grateful.

It’s honestly seems like a good place to take your children. My son has very high energy and i didn’t feel like he was being judged by it at all. I hope my experience stays positive with him going. I’m excited but also nervous but Ja’mall loved it and also has been talking about kids strong since we went.

Kidstrong has promoted better self-esteem as well as self-awareness for my kids. They are more confident speaking publicly, meeting new people, pushing themselves past their limits and more. We love the program!

Kids today need confidence, confidence to speak up about things that they are concerned about, they also need to know when to ask for help, or encouragement. They need to be able to try new things, and know that they need to keep their body fit, and their minds sharp. And they need to know how to work not just on or for a team but with the team. I am sure this will help Riley. Also, his new favorite movie is Luca - a friend is teaching him (Luca) not to listen to the negative voice in his head and to not be afraid - he tells Luca to say, “Silence Bruno SILENCE!” He explains to Luca that he doesn’t know who Bruno is - but that’s what he named his negative voice. Riley thought that was great and we have been doing that with him.
