The coaches and programing is made with the kids in the mind. The new app is not good.

Great place for the kids, polite staff, wonderful experience, I was so stressed out because of other situations going on but staff make us as parents to come to the floor and be involved in their last 10 minutes session. All stress out we have so much fun. Thank you KidStrong!!!

Great staff. Wonderful experience for high energy kids

KidStrong has been amazing for my 2.5-year-old! Since starting classes, she’s gained so much confidence and physical strength. It’s become a great part of her weekly routine, and she always looks forward to going. The coaches are fantastic, friendly, patient, and really great with kids. They’re super interactive and make every class fun and engaging. Highly recommend KidStrong for any parent looking to build both confidence and physical development in their little one!

Coach Kevin and Beth have been so wonderful and helped my son come out of his shell so much! His confidence and skills have grown so much while being in the program
