KidStrong has helped build confidence in our son both socially and physically. Will definitely be continuing!

The facility is extremely clean, especially for a kids gym. Coach Kevin and Bethany are so patient and have just the right amount of energy to teach the littles.

KidStrong has worked very well for my granddaughter, she has gained confidence, making friends, she’s stronger, and it’s given her to be more independent.

Kidstrong is an incredible program with amazing staff! My daughter looks forward to going weekly , and I have seen exponential growth!!

We love the coaches and the program! In five months my children grew stronger and more confident. A lot is going on during every session, and they learn so much. Big thank you from my kids. Also, just a side note, thank you for teaching my three-year-old about feelings and emotions. “I’m mad at you” is now his favorite phrase to use. 🤣❤️
