I am a SAHM and it’s great to get my child out of the house and around other kids. The structure of the class also helps him learn boundaries!

I have really seen my kids open up since starting. I love the physicality of their 45 minutes. The eye contact and handshaking is a wonderful bit of practice. The coaches are all lovely and motivating, always encouraging.The facility is beautiful. I only wish it were closer to me!

I think it is a very good opportunity for small children not in daycare to get some learning and structure while also socializing with kids the same age. The lessons have great variety.
