My son really has fun!

I love the confidence KidStrong instills in my kids. Perfect for their age to get some exercise and feel good about themselves.

We wanted something constructive and affordable for our toddler.Kid Strong teaches confidence through physical activities that are also fun. I was surprised they also had brain teasers as well! Teachers/Coaches are extremely attentive and it's great to see my child thrive in a new environment!

Coaches are very experienced , they are doing the courses with the kids not just watching. They are so communicative and easy going, and it has helped my son’s confidence !

My children are newer members, but they love it. I can see it builds their confidence, they enjoy the exercises and the coaches make them feel confident. Also, cleanly and neat. Highly recommend.

The physical activities are perfect. Not too excessive or too lenient. The attention the coaches give each child is excellent. The teamwork activities with the other kids is a huge plus.

We love coming every Saturday. Wyatt had improved so much going to Kids Strong
