I have to sons who are members, and I have seen the positive impact on them both in various ways. My youngest is a toddler and has grown tremendously in his physical abilities and listening skills. My older child gets to challenge himself physically and address his extreme shyness.

My kids have loved kid strong. My son (7) is always trying to do his best and beat his own record. My daughter (10) has bonded with the coaches she has. She listens to their feedback on techniques which has been huge.

Coach Jo and Coach Mia make the experience. They make class fun and engaging while encouraging the kids to complete the exercises in good form. I’ve already seen such a difference in Paloma’s confidence and physical ability. She looks forward to class each week and talks about home much she loves her coaches! She’s been to a couple different time slots/days and the coaches in every class have been top notch. We rave about KidStrong to all our friends.

London really loves it!I will say, I am not too happy that London never gets chosen to be Captain. Shes been there 10 times now and never been chosen. Most times shes with one other kid and when the "wheel" spins for Captain, shes not even on it.Can you please explain this to me? Yes, shes non verbal and has a disability, but shes fully capable and fully joins in on the warmups as well so she knows what to do so it should not preclude her from being chosen. London also has a device which I use in class with her everytime and she uses sign language. And she notices that shes never chosen.Id appreciate some follow up on this as I just want to understand why.Other than that, I really love the place!Steve
