My son loves Kidstrong Waco! Finally Waco has something amazing for little boys to get out energy and build character. The coaches are awesome at redirecting little minds without making them feel called out. Also, it’s soooo clean! I have never once seen even a dust bunny roll by. Truly makes me feel so much better about my kiddo rolling around the floor.

This is the only sports related class that he has been able to stick with and wants to continuously go. Every week being different instead of being so repetitive keeps his interest along with the constant movement. It's also helpful with the small games on tv during setups rather than the kids just sitting and waiting.

The classes we have had so far are great. The coachs are really great at engaging the kids and showing them that they are important and not ignored. We especially like how Coach Jo and Coach Mia interact with the kids.

Kidstrong has been amazing for Jaxyn as far as strength coordination self confidence. I think he would go everyday if I could afford it. I have told everyone I know who has kids about kidstrong!

Although things were a little rocky at the beginning when you first started, we have see alot of improvements with the coordination of the classes, coaches have imroved communication to the kids as well as have been very helpful to the kids who need more assistance. Size of classes with max 8 kids I feel has been most effective. We prefer 6 kids bc it feels less chaotic. Our daughter has improved in physical strength but most importantly in her confidence. When she started she would not shake hands, say her name or talk out loud. This past Saturday she lead class and ended class with loud confident voice and we were so proud! We know our daughter loves KidStrong and we are so glad we stuck it through. We got her nephew to join too and he also hated going at first but I see continued improvements with him each week too.

It’s been great for giving my child movement, coordination, team skills, problem solving, and social skills. The first week they did some actual muscle building by carrying a medicine ball and I wish there was more of this. I also wish for the 3-4 year olds (and under) there was a little more time for them to understand instructions and fully practice a skill before the course was then changed. It feels fast paced for this age. The coaches are all great, but I think their instruction style is geared more towards older kids. Some of it goes way over our son’s head.We don’t use screens in our house and if we do, it’s nothing cartoonish. I wish that the characters on the screen were more lifelike and I do wish that there wasn’t sometimes a hidden cartoon monster like character.
