It got the energy worked out of my kids and it was structured, clean, and the coaches were great with the kids. I’d love to join for my kiddos but unfortunately the price is just too high for us currently.

Everyone is always so welcoming, from start to finish class feels well organized and fun, all coaches are motivating and helpful to break all things down for each kid but still push them to do their best.

My son loves it! It keeps him active and engaged.I do wish that coaches helped enforce good form in the exercises, and I wish that the older class opened up class with different activities. He has mostly played hide ‘n seek. The older kids have figured out all the possible hiding spots at this point many times over. Sometimes the Wednesday class seems a little too full for the coaches to keep up with everyone.

The app question, it's made for Apple, we are android so I can't really answer it fairly. But. Everything else-i never once questioned the fees going into this. The welcoming committee process from chats to phone call and emails to the manager and coaches on day 1 made sure that not only were we well Informed but ready and excited for day 1. About the program about our goals and about any costs. The coach's are great. Young and they don't all seem to be "the blues clues host" they are kind and patient and normal with the children. I don't feel like they try too hard to be their friends. They are their for fun and safety and to keep them engaged and that's what they do. The program is great, it is a gym class it's not a mommy and me class. But it has learning breaks and fun activities. And it's structured but each activity is short enough to keep a toddler engaged. My daughter is a spoiled only child. I didn't realize we had done that. I know now, and not being in school yet for another 2 years she need a structured program. This will help with all of those social skills organization skills and behaviors that I clearly failed to structure for her, while making sure shes physically able to be the best version of herself in all aspects of her future. I'm going to be exhausted, but that's because im going to be doing what im supposed to and frankly im getting healthy now too, so the program is good for mommys and daddys who make excuses to sleep in.

We’ve had wonderful experiences since beginning with KidStrong. I can see an improvement in my daughter’s confidence and willingness to try new things. Every coach we’ve met has been enthusiastic and did an excellent job supporting and encouraging all of the kids. The building is always clean and inviting and coach’s are always available before/after class to help in any way. We are loving Kidstrong so far and have recommended several friends!
