Kid Strong has proven to be way more than expected! The effects of the program are more than what is leaned during class. To see the life skills applied outside of the classroom is incredible!

The facility is clean and open; well set up for the space. The staff is amazingly friendly and encouraging while also holding the children to age appropriate standards and behavioral expectations. I have personally observed my child refuse to do certain activities and the coaches didn’t let him quit and kept encouraging him to do the uncomfortable hard thing; and he ended up being able to do the activity and then loving it.

I can definitely see a difference in his overall attitude and willingness to continue to do better , he leaves feeling proud about himself, and goes home wanting to practice things he learns in class so he’s better for next time ! The only thing I would like to see different is , the coaches paying more attention and correcting his form/technique, and getting on to him about not doing what he’s suppose to . Overall I love kid strong and how it mentally has helped him!

I can see the grow the my child has experienced in the last 6 months.

KidStrong has presented fundamental exercises to my child in a way that he enjoys it. He also learns social and leadership skills in a regular basis.

We have seen so much growth in Lukas.

Kidstrong is a very child supportive program that helps kids with all different backgrounds.

Because the atmosphere was very friendly. The coaches are super supportive to the kids and the parents. Me and my daughter enjoyed the class.
