The classes were amazing and my kids had the best time!

When you need to cancel a booking, need to give user option to change the booking so not constantly going back and forth when need to change multiple bookings. Needed to change mine from Saturdays to Sundays and was kinf of a pain.

The facilities were clean, communication was easy, staff was engaging with the kids.

Ben has only attended two classes and we already see an improvement in his confidence. He has never taken part in a team sport and we are hoping this experience will give him the confidence he needs. The loves KidStrong and is so anxious to go again. The coaches are very helpful and encourage the kids and are so positive with them but expect them to do the exercises correctly. All of the staff are very helpful to the children and the adults. They work hard to make it a positive experience for everyone.

This place is awesome. I took my granddaughter there and she enjoyed it from the time we stepped in. They had a little bucket with her name on it and everybody in the staff was so friendly and she was so thrilled. The coaches were so nice and made her feel ease.

The coach are kind and did their best to involve everyone. It saddens me Aiden doesn't want to continue but it has nothing to do with kidstrong. They try to include and help him. I wish best for those who joined.

Overall family friendly, supportive and responsive. I have had issues with the members app so I rated that question with 2 stars. Cannot see one of our children and now I have to text or call every time I need to cancel or book a session.

KidStrong is something my child begs to go to every week! He has learned how to work through something hard for him and his self talk is so much better!

My granddaughter before she joined KidStrong Waco was always shy and didn’t have much confidence to do outdoor activities. Now she’s more outgoing , became more active and is now doing activities that she was scared to do before. KidStrong Waco is helping my granddaughter develop not only her motor skills but also skills that are valuable in helping develop her personality. She loves all the activities she’s learning and thanks to the coaches who are patiently providing fun activities for the students.

Even though Maddox has days where he wants to reschedule his classes, he is always so excited to attend and I, myself have nothing but good things to say about the coaches and how awesome the center is.
