Outstanding over all - you can tell the communication between Allison and coaches is on point. My son was comfortable because of the staff within minutes of arrival. I don’t remember the two coaches names unfortunately but that is not because of how they did. Their class was amazing. Also can tell the whole staff is trained in sales without being pushy which is what you need. My son has been asking how many sleeps is it till I get to go back to kids strong again since we left. See you next week and thank you for a fantastic experience .

Kids walk in happy, leave even more happy. It’s a great program and coaches work hard to allow this kind of experience for the kids

My son is Autistic and was always welcomed. Some couches also lower the music a bit when it’s bothering him, what is really nice. He progressed a lot since he started. He went from just running around and not being able to follow the obstacle course, pay attention to the coach or even finish the classes, to now being able to follow through the obstacle course, around 70% of the Time, imitate the coaches a little and last week he jumped on the stage for the Class's Milestone Picture and followed along with the “I am strong, I am brave, I can do this”.
