We very much enjoyed our free trial class but just felt like the class was very large. It was definitely manageable but would be easier and more beneficial for the kids if it was a smaller group.

Yeah, you could’ve had better customer service, more skilled employees and have actual employees that call you back when you have a complaint. I would never recommend this place to friends ever again.
