Our son Carter has become so much more confident since starting KidStrong a couple of years ago. He has gotten stronger not only physically but mentally as well. All of the coaches he has had have been terrific but Coach Aiden and Coach Rose have really been excellent! Carter looks forward to KidStrong each week. We have recommended KidStrong to many of our friends and look forward to our daughter starting soon.

The app is the only issue. Can’t see our kids progress anymore and they lost classes in the switchover taking longer to get rank ups etc

Both my kids had difficulties going to any arranged class that I’ve put them in, but they made it through an entire class and actually mentioned that they liked it in the end.

Coach Aiden and coach Bridget are awesome with the kids. Coach Rose also when she is there. Their communication with the kids and activities are so good. We look forward to Thursday morning every week.

My son loves it!! It’s the most perfect way to help get all his energy out while integrating so many physical, emotional and academic skills. He looks forward to it every week and actually always wishes for it twice a week haha.Coach Aidan and Coach Rose are AMAZING. Their passion and dedication really shine. They’re amazing with the kids. This was my son’s first time participating in a class like this. The coaches were fantastic helping him engage and redirect when he struggled to focus. Such a positive and supportive environment.

While I think the classes are challenging for my son I like pushing him to grow and try new things

The staff was fun and Incredibly interactive with the kids. They did a great job and all the kids were enjoying the class
