Engaging program for my active 2 year olds. The coaches were so patient and helpful with the boys

I absolute love and enjoy bringing my daughter to the classes. The coaches and staff are amazing. The energy and the classes structure are super great . However less point for the new app . Not intuitive whatsoever , somewhat confusing And grade lower than the old one .

I feel like it’s helped our 2.5 year old really gain confidence in every area! she’s been going since 15 months and she loves it so much.

My child started in 2021 when he was 18 months old and is coming up to be 6 in a few months…the confidence, social skills, attention/focus my son has gained from the program and more importantly coaches is beyond words. I specifically need to thank Coach Brigette for being a champion for my son since day 1!!

My son enjoys every class and looks forward to coming back.

It encourages children to try new obstacles they may not be comfortable with positive attitudes from the coaches.

Choosing KidStrong has been one of the best decisions we’ve made for our son. He has challenges with core strength, balance, and coordination, and initially, many of the exercises felt intimidating to him. However, thanks to the incredible support and encouragement from the coaches, we’ve seen tremendous growth—not only in his physical abilities but in his confidence as well.He now looks forward to each session and is always excited to discover the new routine for the week. We’re especially grateful to Coaches Aiden, Asia, and Rose for their dedication and care. Their positive impact on our son has been truly inspiring. He really looks up to you!And a special shoutout to Jesse, who has such a great rapport with all the families and creates a warm, welcoming environment every time we walk through the door. We couldn’t be happier with our experience at KidStrong.

Enrolling our son in Kidstrong was a wonderful decision for our son! I have watched as he has grown from his first class onward. It’s been phenomenal to see the transformation! He has truly come so far and now has such confidence that was achieved through weekly classes. He and We, LOVE Kidstrong!
