I really liked my experience so far at our trial class, especially coach Elliott. I really liked that he had my son’s name memorized, and kept trying to make him feel comfortable and trying to get him to participate. Also, I really like the structure of the program- how it encourages teamwork, there’s modeling and scaffolding there to offer support but encourages independence and effort. I like how there are movement activities and moments that encourage listening and following directions.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at KidStrong. My son has special needs and limited speech, and from the moment we arrived, the entire team made us feel welcomed, supported, and included. The class had about 12 children ages 5–7, but the staff was incredibly attentive and accommodating.Elliot, the manager, was exceptional. He was very knowledgeable about the autism community and immediately understood some of my son’s needs. He even had a sensory bin prepared and waiting in case it was needed. That level of thoughtfulness meant so much to me as a parent. The coaches, Jay, Zoe, and Chino, were patient, kind, encouraging, and incredibly hands-on. They worked hard to help my son participate in each activity and made sure he felt included alongside his neurotypical peers. I was also encouraged to participate whenever additional support was needed, which helped make the experience successful and enjoyable for everyone. One of the most touching moments was at the end of class when my son was called up to receive a participation award and all of the children cheered for him. As a parent of a child with special needs, seeing him celebrated and included in that way was truly emotional. What stood out most was the genuine care shown by everyone on staff. You could tell this was much more than just a job to them. The affirmations, encouragement, and positive environment were inspiring, and the program does an incredible job of building confidence while helping children develop important skills.I highly recommend KidStrong to any family, especially those in the autism and special needs community. We left feeling welcomed, supported, and excited to return.Thank you, Elliot, Jay, Zoe, and Chino, for making our first experience so special. ❤️

It was easy to navigate, clear in purpose, demonstrated first hand the value to our kids, and worked with us rather than creating barriers in commitment structure. Singing up in the summer poses conflicts with scheduling and there was a willingness to be flexible for us to make a longer commitment. I also really liked the coaching style- approachable, positive, welcoming, and not overbearing. Recognizing kids have big feelings and need time to adjust. I really really liked the coaching style
