We love this program

We love Coach LJ! He is the motivation for our some coming to ever class. His positive reinforcement & positive approach with students is exceptional. Coach Benji is a new addition & he is wonderful! We love the KidStrong Watchung Team!

The coaches were friendly, welcoming and nice. My daughter is generally timid with new environments and people and she walked right into their arms and had so much fun.

My son has ADHD, ODD and is on the autism spectrum. At KidStrong, the program moves along so efficiently. Also, the coaches at Watchung are amazingly patient and are great with my son and helping him regulate his emotions.

Our son is not really interested in sports but Kidstrong has been a great athletic option for him. He enjoys every class and the coaches and I see him getting so much stronger.

Mateo likes to go to class. He has fun and he trains with his group. He's made new friends as well.

The staff and coaches do an amazing job with the kids and are committed to making them more confident.

Coaches push kids while also being caring and friendly. Kids are held to high standards and expectations. I love the sense of urgency of the class. Not a single minute is wasted. While one coach sets up the mats, the other is playing an engaging game with the kids. I love the use of a timer and visuals on the screens which is especially helpful for my daughter who is hard of hearing. The class is well structured from start to end.

Nazanin always looks forward to Thursday’s because of her class at KidStrong. She has a good relationship with her coaches, and they support her in every way possible for her to be more confident with herself. It’s a joy to see her step out of her shell, and not be afraid of tackling something new. Thank you so much, KidStrong Watchung!
