KidStrong is an amazing program for children — especially for active kids of all ages! It truly helps build discipline, confidence, and structure in a fun and engaging environment. You can see real improvements in coordination, listening, and social skills over time.However, I do think the classes for younger children could be a bit more age appropriate. The walking to 2 year old group needs more redirection, encouragement, and simpler activities since they don’t always understand certain tasks. Some coaches are fantastic! patient, interactive, and really tuned in , while others seem to rush through and just give directions .It would also help if class sizes were kept a little smaller for that age range . When there are too many children in one session, it can get chaotic and some kids barely get a turn before time is up for the activity. Plus, when parents aren’t as hands on, their little ones can become a distraction to the coaches and other parents , which affects the flow for everyone.Overall, though, KidStrong is an incredible program.

Everyone is so pleasant and patient. My children get a full body workout, everyone is included and being tended to, and the length of class is appreciated.

The staff. Anyone can run a class but it takes special type of people to bring the program to life and that is what everyone here does. Aside from the fact they are genuinely kind, caring, and easy to talk with.
