My son loves it, the coaches are great. It's been a huge change for him since switching from taekwondo to kid Strong. Tae kwon is great but it wasn't for him.

I absolutely LOVE this place. My son has gained so much confidence and other skills just from over a couple months of attending. The coaches are fantastic and patient. My son actually told his grandma “the affirmations” the other day when she said she couldn’t do something!

For the 2 to 3 year old age range i think it is a really good experience in pushing the kids to grow. I also like the coaches. Shout out Jacob, TJ and Luke.
