Our child is 6 years old and he is autistic. He is somewhat non verbal and has some communicational problems. We have tried a few facilities,but having a kid on the spectrum is not always welcomed.But what a difference it made since we started Kids Strong classes. Not only it he is learning how to work as a team and gets an amazing exercise, being with other kids is forcing him to talk and communicate. The staff is incredible! They know what they're doing and they find a way to work not only with your kids,but also with you as parents! We highly recommend it to anyone, specially if you have a child with special needs! We love Kids Strong!

My child really enjoys going to her classes because of her great coaches and the fun challenges.

I love Kidstrong and have seen my child’s confidence grow and develop. The quality of the coaches is great BUT I do feel they can be overwhelmed a lot of the time. In my opinion I think 3 coaches for the 5-7 age (especially with 15 kids) is needed. Our classes coaches are phenomenal especially Coach Dani & Coach Jack. Our son adores them and they are amazing with the kids.

The staff is supporting you through onboarding, classes and always in touch. Questions, scheduling, preparation etc - always here. Facility is clean, well lit.

The structure is great, and is helping Tyler to focus on form vs just trying to get through the workout.

Clean facility and dedicated and friendly coaches. We love the place and the team there.Only suggestion I’d make is to change the app functionality for multiple kids/family. Would love to see all our bookings and rank/streaks on one page

My son truly enjoys being a part of KidStrong. I greatly appreciate the patience and dedication the coaches consistently demonstrate while working with the students. Since joining the program, KidStrong has positively contributed to addressing some of my son’s behavioral challenges. His teachers have also noticed and commented on the significant improvement in his behavior at school. I am confident that my son will remain a committed KidStrong member until he reaches the age limit for the program.

The classes are great and engaging!

KidStrong is a great way for kids to physically and mentally exercise and my 5 year old daughter loves it and the staff she looks forward to it every week.
