Great energy from the staff! Coaches were amazing. Loved the programming and I could see my daughter’s confidence grow within one class. She started off timid and scared then by mid-class she was running around making friends, trying new things. I can’t wait to see where this leads for her.

It is a very well organized activity with many good skills

My son has struggled a lot with his confidence and gets very hesitant to jump into activities , especially new ones, and KidStrong has helped him so much! He has been going for about a year and while he still has off days he has done amazing and has grown tremendously! The classes are well organized and the coaches have been great. Big kudos to coach Rob! He is the truly the best.

Easy to communicate via text and coaches are great. The app is a bit confusing. Like knowing to switch between me and my son’s profile. The parent probably just shouldn’t have a profile? Also upon trying to book a class it was noted that that particular time/day was not being started until the following week. Thank goodness for the texting feature !!!! They were able to clarify. Otherwise I would have shown up

I love that they teach the kids, socialization, self-esteem, respect, and endurance.

It is great place to exercise for little ones

He went from crying to happy, energetic, and excited, he even lights up when he sees the cones. Sometimes he gets so excited he runs around instead of focusing.

I like the staff very friendly and helpful and most important my daughter loves it.

The coaches are great - interact with all the kids, assist them when needed but also allow them to try on their own. The facility is very clean and my daughter loves going.
