The coaches for the 4-5 Friday night class were absolutely phenomenal. The content with incorporated EQ skills to the physical was also impressive. I already recommended KidStrong to a friend! Unfortunately, it doesn’t work for us long term logistically.

It was very accommodating and the coaches were so patient with helping ease Luke into the class. The center is clean and inviting. Everyone was helpful.
