KidStrong is a great and fun facility for children! My son had a wonderful experience and really enjoyed himself. The coaches were enthusiastic and engaging, which made the class exciting. The only thing I’d suggest is that the directions could be explained a bit more clearly — sometimes instructions were given too quickly or with too many words. It also would help if the music was turned down a little during explanations, as it was quite loud at times. Overall, though, it was a positive experience and my son loved it!

The program and coaches are great. Coach Esther and Robert have been awesome and my daughter just loves coming to class.

The staff is very kind, accommodating and encouraging to the children. The enthusiasm and support go such a long way for the kids and the parents as well. My daughter asks to go all the time, she loves it!
