The coaches and activities are great. Only negative I have is the class size, especially the little kids where the parents are with them. It’s very difficult to do activities with 30 people in the space, always bumping into or tripping on someone. It’s almost not worth the price because you’re waiting on a line and can’t do much

Coach Lisa and Coach Jake are absolutely amazing! My daughter genuinely looks forward to class every single week and always has the best time. Their enthusiasm, patience, and positive energy make such a difference. Honestly, if it weren’t for Coach Lisa and Coach Jake, my daughter probably wouldn’t be attending. They create such a fun, welcoming environment that keeps the kids excited and engaged. We are so grateful for everything they do and highly recommend their program!

KidStrong has been amazing for my girls. We love the physical challenges of the class, and also the mental and social emotional skills being fostered. It is always a happy place for us to be.
