Absolutely LOVE Kidstrong. Sometimes I feel they need an extra coach for the amount of kids to really benefit from doing each activity properly but love them.

Kid strong has helped all three of my sons grow both physically and mentally strong!

The growth I have seen in my daughter has been incredible. She has become much more confident in herself and her abilities. When we started KidStrong, she was afraid to try new things and wouldn't allow herself to even attempt to do some of the physical challenges in each class. Now, she is miss independent and is not afraid to try new things. I am very proud of her and very happy with the growth she has shown through KidStrong

Lucas was amazing in walking us through the program and answering all our questions. He was enthusiastic, knowledgeable and was invested in what he was sharing.
