Kidstrong has built not just physical strength but mental and social confidence in all 3 of my sons. The coaches are encouraging, motivating and supportive. Staff is welcoming and has created a community within the environment

The center was amazing the staff super friendly understanding and helpful to my daughter who is special needs! She absolutely LOVED it and they made her feel welcome and included she can not wait to go back I would recommend this to anyone!

They have built the confidence of both my kids and we have noticed such a difference especially my 4 year old who used to be very shy and thanks to Kidstrong, she no longer is that shy kid

Wish the classes sizes were a bit smaller especially for parent involved classes otherwise we are beyond happy with the KidStrong program!
