Yes, don’t embarrass me kid and recognize that he needs a little more help. They’re screaming out rules to them, but they’re not really coming up to the kids.

Maybe have more coaches who have worked with all types of kids typical and special needs

The staff is attentive to their kids, they're very patient with each one, always encouraging them to not give up. They look for their strengths and make sure they're highlighted and help them improve in any areas of weakness but never in a way to embarrass them only help them, making sure they know it's ok to be weak in some areas.
