excellent communication with the children

My daughter did a trial class & loved it! The staff was welcoming & very attentive. It was organized, high energy, & confidence-building. We had a great experience! Recommend all parents to give kids strong a chance - I traveled from Brooklyn, NY and we are signing up!

The coaches are incredibly patient and persistent with my son. I also really appreciate that each week the children are challenged by unique tasks.

Works in social, mind and body. Great for kids who have fear of heights that may still want do same activities of gymnastics. Skills learned here can be applied to various sports and good habits for life like eye contact , shaking hand and affirmations. Award system really motivates and amazing coaches

Everything was easy, from booking to the paperwork, an easy app to use, and incredibly helpful staff. We are looking forward to continuing our classes there

Coaches are very sweet with the kids and it is a great place for kids to learn discipline while having fun and learning how to stay active.
