My daughter used to be so shy around others. Thanks to coach Krista and coach Lisa, she has become more vocal. They classes are fun and the kids love them

They are great with the kids, they keep them all involved. They help the kids build confidence and do the excercises independently. They do assist to help them get comfortable.

The staff is incredible. Coach AJ, Coach Lucas, Coach Lisa and Coach Katy are all so wonderful to the kids and very respectful to the parents. It feels like we are family when we walk through the door.

The Coaches are very attentive to all the Kids . I Personally enjoys watching Coach Aj and Coach Lucust make all the kids feel excited!!

Kid Strong has been a great experience for Samantha! Coach Joe and Bella are strong but kind leaders and she has really grown as an athlete. She really likes the new moves she’s learned and likes showing them off to her grandparents and her friends. .

In just one class my son came out of his shell in the class the instructor made everything he did seem so easy and made my AJ feel like he can everything and anything and to just do your best and you will become great at it what a wonderful way to look at things
