I love KidStrong but I hope more 2-3 classes get added because it’s very crowded now! :-)

After one trial class, I could see the excitement and confidence building within my daughter. I was not expecting that.

Love the classes, the friendly coaches, and class structure. The one thing I’d recommend for is that the coaches “correct” wrong postures. I’ve seen Neil do push ups for the first time incorrectly and no one paused to come over to him and guide him onHow to do it correctly. Thanks!!

My mother took my daughter to her first trial class and said it was amazing! My daughter also had a great time and came home showing us all her new moves. Definitely recommend

The coaches are always so supportive and the children are always engaged. Both my children enjoy the program so much!

The program is good and coaches are very hardworking and inclusive.

Staff is super friendly and helpful! My grandson decided, after the first class, that he wants to go every day!!
