Very welcoming right from the start. Positive energy, coaches seem great with the kids and I was highly impressed to see that the classes are not just physical obstacles, you teach normal life situations and how to properly navigate them.

Was looking for a fun organized activity for 2 and 4 year olds and stumbled upon KidStrong ad on social media. Reached out and found them very nice, informative and they even offered a free trial class. Wasn’t sure exactly what to expect and was a little nervous with how the (just) 2 year old would handle things as she tends to be extremely shy and clingy. 45 minutes later we were shocked at how well she took to the teachers and activities and was right in there with the group running around, listening and following directions (as best as a 2 year old does on 1st day ;). We had to make a last minute change with the 4 year old and put him in the 3-4 year old class instead of the original 4-5 year old one we enrolled in. The staff checked in several times during the class, after this change, asking if we had any questions and making sure the new class was a better fit. We left there with two very happy kids and a 4 year old exclaiming “I had fun, I wanna go back!” , we contribute that response to the entire staff being so caring with the little ones making the learning fun. We even got to hear “I am Strong, I am Brave, I can do this” from the 4 year old after only one class. Great Job KidStrong! Highly recommended

I think it’s a great program that can help kids similar to my son who needs a little more courage to open up, make friends and build some strength to improve his stability.
