Its a great program for kids. My boy is learning team work, sharing, and turn taking among other things. He building his strength and improving his physical fitness. We loved it here and he looks forward to coming!

KidStrong has been an incredible experience so far for our son! After only two months, we've seen improvements in his attention span and stamina as well as a fun new confidence. Going to classes on the weekend has become a fun family event that we all look forward to!
