This was such a great day for Jack! He enjoyed the class so much. We are looking forward to the next class!

I love how it helps kids to feel confident. They are encouraged without feeling forced.

We just did our trial. The day before Izzy called and I was able to talk through some of my anxieties :) and she did a great job explaining and talking me through everything. When we got there, we were immediately greeted and welcomed by Steven. He was so kind and attentive and made Toby feel comfortable and invited. Toby LOVED his experience. Coach Izzy and the other lovely coach (I didn’t catch her name, sorry!) provided an amazing and FUN lesson and engaged with Toby so well, as did Steven. I also observed Steven working with a boy who needed some additional support and was so warmed by the attentive support. Steven also patiently walked through the sign up process with me to make sure I understood everything and left room for questions. Seriously a wonderful and inclusive experience- your staff really embodied what the organization preaches. Toby asked if he could go back today and what a breakthrough that is for him! After a few more classes I will definitely leave a review so it can be more robust. Keep up the great work!!!!

My 9 yr old daughter loves it. Gets her whole body moving, helps build confidence and stamina.

I love KidStrong but I hope more 2-3 classes get added because it’s very crowded now! :-)

After one trial class, I could see the excitement and confidence building within my daughter. I was not expecting that.

Love the classes, the friendly coaches, and class structure. The one thing I’d recommend for is that the coaches “correct” wrong postures. I’ve seen Neil do push ups for the first time incorrectly and no one paused to come over to him and guide him onHow to do it correctly. Thanks!!

My mother took my daughter to her first trial class and said it was amazing! My daughter also had a great time and came home showing us all her new moves. Definitely recommend

The coaches are always so supportive and the children are always engaged. Both my children enjoy the program so much!

The program is good and coaches are very hardworking and inclusive.
