Kidstrong has been amazing for my shivers introverted daughter to build confidence!!! Highly recommend!

Love the experience that the kids get with all of the positive energy and physical fitness.

They have been very patient and disciplined and have fit in with what we need for our son

Riley is learning so much and is gaining confidence after each class.One thing I would like to see more of is hand sanitizer stands near the floor locations

It’s just an overall positive and encouraging and confidence boosting environment, which is exactly what my kid needs and what I think lots of other kids need, too. And everyone seems to genuinely care about their job and what they’re doing there.

The focus & energy that the coaches give to the kids is so uplifting. It gives the children the inspiration that THEY CAN DO THIS. My son absolutely LOVES kid strong & will be apart of KidStrong until he reaches the age where is he unable to. KidStrong west end deserves a 100/10. Thank you for all that you do ❤️

We would like to come back the only thing that's stopping me from signing up is pain to registration fee twice for two children enrolling me at the same time that is very discouraging

My child has been going there for two years. He has improved in many areas, socially and interacting with others.
