Sebastian loves going to class. He has a lot of fun and the staff is very friendly.

Coaches and staff are amazing! Always encouraging the kids.

My boys look forward to classes every week. All the coaches are great, make the time fun and dynamic, and seamlessly integrate life skills with a fun workout.

The coaches are so nice, they let the kids feel comfortable and confident. Even tho it was my daughters first class, they passed me a really good impression and I’m sure my daughter will love this experience!

I appreciate the confidence in builds for the kids and how kind the coaches are.

They are absolutely amazing. Sweet and energetic coaches. Everyone was extremely nice. The program was great and our child loved it all.

It’s been a positive experience since we’ve joined in December of 2023. Camille’s confidence has grown tremendously and the coaches have been awesome since she’s started. I definitely recommend anyone that wants to get their child active and build confidence to try KidStrong. Its definitely worth it

We have only been a part of the KidStrong family for 8 weeks, but have seen a huge transformation in our daughter. Her confidence is growing more and more each week, especially with interacting with peers/adults. She is more on the shy side and we have seen her recognize safe situations to communicate with others. The coaches have all been great and we’ve always been greeted with a hello and a smile. We think so highly of the program and its effectiveness in helping our daughter in ways we couldn’t do at home.
