Because it is not easy to work with kids, but some (not all of them) of the coaches, like Maya, Anthony, and the other young one who worked on Saturday those are amazing. It is a great initiative as well to help us parents in the development of our kids. So Go Kids Strong 💪 👏....

The curriculum and mission are outstanding. The coaches are the most wonderful teachers and are encouraging and incredible. The facility is wonderful. The entire experience is 10/10! We’re recommending it to everyone we know!

LOVE KidStrong! I can’t imagine a better place for our kiddo. I will say recently (after the summer), the coaches have been much more engaged and energetic. We’ve been wowed by the coaches lately, but towards the end of the summer we were less and less impressed in terms of energy and presence. I think KidStrong does an excellent job teaching kids of different abilities and has an opportunity to better capitalize on that in their marketing material. We worried about this place being a “do you even lift, bro?”?kind of environment and it is so so so so so the opposite. Keep finding ways to make the underdogs feel accomplished and let the athletic kids shine. It’s a delicate balance and you guys do an excellent.Btw - you confuse our super literal kid because you tell them to put their water bottles on the dot and then later tell them to sit down on the dot. It throws her off lol so worth considering changing your language for the kids who take thing super duper literally. Also lately there have been younger siblings jumping in which I love for th inclusivity of it but maybe give them a coach / dedicated agenda. Our kid is so ADHD if another kid misbehaves (even though they’re younger) she’ll join the chaos party.

My grandson has improved in so many areas since he has been in KidStrong. The coaches are fantastic and the kids feel relaxed , which is good to help build confidence as they strive to compete with classmates. I am so glad he had this experience!!!
