Kidstrong has become such an important part in my kiddos and my life. It’s so fun to watch them grow and develop mentally and physically especially with my youngest since she’s been doing KidStrong since she was 10 months and is now almost 3. Thank you Amy! Kidstrong is the best. And I would recommend to everyone.

Sebastian loves going to class. He has a lot of fun and the staff is very friendly.

Coaches and staff are amazing! Always encouraging the kids.

My boys look forward to classes every week. All the coaches are great, make the time fun and dynamic, and seamlessly integrate life skills with a fun workout.

The coaches are so nice, they let the kids feel comfortable and confident. Even tho it was my daughters first class, they passed me a really good impression and I’m sure my daughter will love this experience!

I appreciate the confidence in builds for the kids and how kind the coaches are.

They are absolutely amazing. Sweet and energetic coaches. Everyone was extremely nice. The program was great and our child loved it all.

It’s been a positive experience since we’ve joined in December of 2023. Camille’s confidence has grown tremendously and the coaches have been awesome since she’s started. I definitely recommend anyone that wants to get their child active and build confidence to try KidStrong. Its definitely worth it
