I really liked KidStrong it’s educational and also a good work out, but the most important thing was that my son Loved it. I’ve previously taken him to other activities and he ended up not liking them at all!

Ever since our first free class, I knew this would be a good fit for my son. He has learned so much and is very excited to go to class every week. Everything has gone smoothly and I’m very impressed. Thank you for all you do. I will recommend it to others!

They work well with the kids

I love kidstrong In the West End! The top reason is the staff. From the coaches to the front desk assistant, everyone is friendly and thoughtful. We enjoy the classes and have friend who joined so they can share in the fun together. These classes are fun and themed. The creative obstacle courses and challenging personal training are filled with engagement. I love seeing my son working hard through squats, medicine ball throws, hanging from the Rings, running, leg lifts, push-ups, and more. It is teaching him self-motivation, discipline, grit,and it gives him a great space for trying parkour techniques safely instead of using our family couch! His baby sister loves to watch and seems interested in getting started in her own classes soon. Love it!!

The rating is 100 percent Coach Terry-he is funny and at the same time has great control over the class.I hope the owners know what an asset he is!

We absolutely love Kid Strong! The facilities are clean and well maintained for the number of people and kids coming through daily. The coaches are great at encouraging, correcting when appropriate and guiding. It has been such a confidence booster for our child and also helped work on listening, staying focused etc. so glad we found this program!

My grandson is so happy on the days that we go to Kidstrong. I love sitting with all the grandparents and we all love watching them and interact. It’s a wonderful program and the coaches and staff do a wonderful job.
