The program was accessible and adaptive to Èti’s needs. Knowing it was her first time we didn’t know how she was going to react - she may have clung toe the whole time, she may have ran in and joined the fun - I’m so glad it was the latter! She was following direction, leading the pack & participating in the group skills. Being an only child, sharing and teamwork will be a great skill to see develop- I’m so glad we finally tried KidStrong!

Enthusiasm of the coaches and the structure of the classes maintains attention throughout the class even for my 4 year olds attention span!
