My daughter and I have loved the experience so far and look forward to her growth through this experience.

KidStrong has been such a fantastic experience! My son loves to come to the weekly classes. The staff is wonderful and enthusiastic! They are great role models for my son! I can’t say enough good things about our KidStrong in West Nashville!

I love how intentional the coaches are about challenging and supporting our children. The exercises are never quite the same so there is always something fresh to look into. I also appreciate how they try to teach the children valuable leadership and soft skills. It’s never easy teaching young children complex skills when they are super energetic but the coaches do not so well. They are patient, kind, and engaging!!!

I didn’t use the Member App so didn’t know how to rate.Our visit was great. Communication was great. Appreciated speaking with Claire - she had all the knowledge and answers to all my questions. 1) 5 YO was excited to come back. 2) 7 YO said it was too loud and class size was too much. He preferred the window room as well.They both didn’t like how friends ran over their feet. I watched them standing there a couple of times not knowing what to do. I think that has to do with the class they attending (16/16 kids).I’m skeptical about having the screen up through out the entirety of class but understand. For the older ages, I didn’t realize there was going to be a watching set up for parents as my kids do better on their own.Will try again in a calmer class!

My child loves the obstacle course and competitions. I love watching her learn new things.
