The tone and pace are just right. The focus is holistic. The staff are welcoming and encouraging. The parents and kids are welcoming as Leo merged right in during his first experience.

I have seen such amazing inner growth from Olivia. She’s gotten not only physically stronger but emotionally

Kaden LOVES KidStrong and wants to go there everyday of the week! We have seen such growth in him and are so impressed seeing his confidence build with each session! The coaches are amazingly supportive and patient knowing this age group can't always hold their attention span throughout the session.

Great way to incorporate fun but challenging activities. We like the fact that the kids learn other things outside of physical training skills. We wish there were more overlapping classes for our two kids (age 2 and 5).

Love the premise of making self confidence and healthy living fun. The kids really seem to enjoy it as fun and not work. Just wish there were other locations. It is a real challenge to get to gym but our child loves it so we are trying to keep a commitment to coming.

I think the programs are great for getting kids involved and exhausted. My only issue is the size of the TV and brightness. Screens are a real issue for kids these days and I think the same activities, awards, mind games etc can be achieved using laminated signs. My goal when I take my child to activities is to not involve screens so to see them be such a pivotal point of the program was disheartening.
