I love the physical aspect paired with the listening and communication skills. We’re still working on the listening part; but I like that he’s getting routine exposure and hopefully learning!

In just the few weeks of doing KidStrong we have noticed a difference in the relationship with working out. Not only is he exercising, but also working on his communication and emotions.

We absolutely love Kidstrong! The staff has been so wonderful with Bobby. Truly patient, encouraging and so incredibly kind. The classes are so much fun & he's gaining so much confidence and strength. So easy to reschedule if illness occurs or we can't make it, which is invaluable! So glad we found y'all!

It is a fun activity for my 2 year old. Gets her moving and playing in a different and safe way.
