The app is not encouraging or keeps track of progress it doesn’t have pictures I really dislike the new app because it lacks all those features.

The coaches are very good and very accommodating. And experience like this with classes, and the structure could very easily become a monotonous and boring, but the coaches find a way to make every single class feel special. I think the ranking structure provides incentive and reward with just enough measure to keep kids engaged, but not overwhelmed them so that it’s not special.
