Most of the coaches go beyond in the way they motivate. The workouts are great, my 3 boys enjoy their sessions.

It was just my intro class but the coaches were very very friendly and patience which made me comfortable. I’m considering the membership just have to think a little more about it.

I think it’s a great program to build up confidence in kids! I have seen so much growth with Mateo in the short amount of time he has been there. Appreciate all the work and care all the coaches give in each and every class! Thank you!

KidStrong helped my son build so much confidence and now he walks around like he’s Superman. It has helped him in so many ways such as teamwork and good sportsmanship, as well as listening! Ari looks forward to his Sat classes!

My daughter Sarai Ojeda she has improve not being shy that much anymore plus she enjoys competing with her classmates the way she is now then from the beginning when she started she didn’t even want to go in to class but she goes happy and confident thank you kids strong

My son loves it and I am seeing his confidence grow with each class. I like that the coaches are upbeat and encouraging. I like that the facility is clean and that the class keeps moving along and changing activities to keep the young children engaged.
