Marlies trial class was Amazing ! As an educator and fitness enthusiast myself I appreciate the way the classes are structured to not only engage with the children but to encourage healthy habits while fostering confidence. Marlie is excited for the road ahead !

This spot felt well organized, engaging, welcoming and nurturing to the kids. The coaches took the time to know every child's name and it was very inclusive. We loved it

KidStrong has been an amazing experience for my toddler. The coaches are patient, encouraging, and truly know how to work with young kids. Every class is engaging and keeps the children moving while also helping them build confidence, coordination, and listening skills.

We are very happy overall with the classes, coaches and the easy booking on the app. I like that each week the classes change and I like the mix of physical and cognitive activities and for this I have recommend to a few friends already. The classes are fun and sometimes I want to join in haha

It’s an excellent program for kids.

He has only attended one session but he had a great trial experience. The coaching staff was engaging and encouraging. The enrollment process was made easy with the help of Coach Kim! Look forward to my son building more confidence and resilience.
