I love that the KidStrong programming instills team work and confidence!

Where do I begin? The whole process has been amazing from the start. Max made us feel incredibly welcome and did a great job of explaining how the classes operate and what we should expect. I was hesitant at first as we were considering other options, but after the first class, we knew that we made the right choice. The combination of the confidence building and physical exercise is perfect for our little guy. Five out of five stars. Highly recommend. Sharing Kids Strong experience with everybody we know!

the patience of the staff

The guy who helped us in the process was so helpful in describing the class, even when I should get out my phone to take pictures. He was wonderful. I cannot remember his name, but it was the 12/3 at 5:30pm

My son is learning so much and I'm not talking about the physical aspect, but confidence and overcoming struggles.He was very upset when he realized he wouldn't get an award everytime. Now he will still me disappointed, but tell me after "next time I'll try my best again and maybe I get one."The staff is patient and friendly and I just love the whole experience.

My daughter always looks forward to go to KidStrong as she enjoys the class and being around the coaches
