We had a great time at our free trial class! The gym was clean, coach Tom was awesome, and our daughter felt comfortable immediately and had a great time! Excited to take her to more classes and see her progress!

Sammy loves it

It was our first time there. My daughter is a shy little girl but the coaches were very welcoming and understanding of her shyness, letting her come out of her shell at her pace and then encouraging her as she became comfortable. I expected she would just hold on to me the whole first class but the coaches made such a fun class and environment that she warmed up and participated and is asking to go back to do it again.

Because my son really enjoys it!

My son loves coming to Kidstrong! I feel he gets a lot out of it, both physical skills, confidence, practice listening and following instructions. The coaches have good energy and he is always excited to see which coaches it will be next time. My only complaint is that the awards seem somewhat random some days, e.g., kids who really did not do well listening and participating constructively getting a coaches award. I can understand a desire to spread out the awards, but they need to be based on reality if they are to have a positive motivational effect.

All of the coaches we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. The space was super clean and I appreciated the efforts taken to keep the class space as clean as possible even with babies actively using it.

KidStrong is outstanding. It’s a challenging program the kids love and grow from, with outstanding classes. As the kids get older they are challenged even more. You learn life skills outside of sports as well. I recommend.

From the moment we walked in the door everyone was welcoming and helpful. The staff made my daughter smile and she even participated in some activities in her first class!

I love the way the program is designed to teach the children team building skills, instill confidence while keeping them engaged and enthusiastic.

i rate it high because the coaches are hands on, kind, and approachable! we’ve been going for a few weeks now and i’m amazed how well the coaches remember the names of the kids!
