We love the classes but recently there has been too many changes in coaches. Please stick with the same coaches for each class

The best place ever

I am a gym person. As a mother I highly recommend west Windsor KidStrong. My son has some behavioral issues but they work with him really well. Sometimes he does so good and sometimes he goes but doesn’t want to cooperate with other kids but I really appreciate the coaches. There is always one coach who will sit with him and encourage him to join back, and it works really well. As a parent I will suggest all parents definitely should get their kids in such an activity. Special thanks to coach Eric.

KidStrong was exactly what I was looking for for my daughter. Over time, it’s challenged her, increased her self-confidence, and has taught her to utilize her body.
