My almost 8 year old son loves KidStrong! He looks forward to his KidStrong day at the start of each week and is all smiles during his class. The coaches keep him busy with plyometrics and aerobic exercises in a super fun way. KidStrong is definitely a confidence and social skills builder, can't recommend it enough

Coaches are super friendly, remember names, and everything is so clean.
