Coach Melissa and team are extremely talented in managing and build kids to face the world … it’s extremely helpful for kids to build confidence and self respect with kids … finally extremely organized programs each seasons

My almost 8 year old son loves KidStrong! He looks forward to his KidStrong day at the start of each week and is all smiles during his class. The coaches keep him busy with plyometrics and aerobic exercises in a super fun way. KidStrong is definitely a confidence and social skills builder, can't recommend it enough
